Made a purchase, also bought warranty insurance, product didn't work, brought back, They did not give me my money back for item bought, just an in store credit. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE SHOP ELSEWHERE
This is the 2nd time i tried to go in and purchase something from EZ PAWN. Both times i was completely ignored. The workers talked among themselves and never even ackowlwdged my presence. I stood at the counter for 20 mimutes...waiting to buy a tv, a stereo, and a cell phone. Never could get anyone to help me so i just walked out and took my money to another store. Spent over $1000 ....I will never return to EZ PAWN. Also several others that i complained to about the crappy service also said they were rude to them or never acknowledged them. I dont know how this pawn shop _(that was actually a good place at one time)_ is still open bc they miss alot of money by ignoring the hell out of customers. I give this store 5 thumbs down. Very disappointed.
Online their hours are posted as being open until 7pm but they close at 6pm. The store itself has no Hours posted or even a sign saying they're open/ closed. The associates inside merely stared at us blankly
